My Japanese teacher handed me a sheet of paper the other day before class began. As I dipped into the confused nest of Kanji, Katakana and Hiragana, she smiled and asked me if I recognized the cherry blossoms. They framed the Kanji in sparkling white... the blossoms by the lake.

Well, this one's in Japanese. I was walking near a lake surrounded by cherry blossoms. Pretty little white flowers condensed from the mist, each with a gentle blush of soft pink. O-mochi, petals, tiny wings of fantasy.
